What is the Fallback Call Response Service

Modified on Thu, 21 Jul, 2022 at 11:48 AM

The Fallback Call Response Service is the way we make sure no alert goes unattended. If none of your family, friends or neighbours are able to respond and you have taken this option the call will be dealt with by professionals.

This is a Telecare Services Association platinum accredited call response centre run by a local council which means that, whatever the time, an alert will always be dealt with. An alert will come to them if none of your responders accept after being called twice. They will first try to contact the wearer and their responders but if they can't call the emergency services and pass on any information you have saved on the system for such circumstances.

This is an additional service as we do not want to force our customers to pay for something they don't want.

The Fallback Response Centre costs £35 a year or £3.00 a month (ex VAT)

If you decide not to take this service and your circumstances change it can be added later.
