How do I know if my Acticheck system is still connected and working?

There are two ways to check your system is fully connected and working.


Try raising an alert with a squeeze, wait for the buzz, then clear the alert with a single button press.


If the band doesn't buzz when you raise an alert, then look at your Acticheck Base and check whether you can see two lights on solidly.


YourActicheck system performs a check several times an hour. If all checks pass, the BAND and INTERNET lights will be permanently ON.


If either light is OFF or FLASHING, please refer to My base lights are not working
