Why does my band report shock detected?

Your Assure band continuously monitors movement and raises an alert when it detects unusual activity. 

It is triggered by a physical shock followed by a period of stillness and can sometimes be triggered by a sudden movement just before sitting down. 

Your band will buzz and your base will sound and you can cancel the alert using a single button press. If you find there are circumstances where the shock alert is repeatedly triggering, 

You can cancel the alert before it occurs by pressing a single button when you sit down.
